At Elegy Coffee, we want you to love every brew. While we cannot accept returns on perishable coffee beans, we are happy to offer exchanges or refunds on brewing equipment and apparel within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and unused. Please note that roasted coffee beans are final sale due to food safety regulations.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your non-perishable items and include the original packing slip before mailing them back to our roasting facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
